To be listened to by having their views and expectations given careful consideration and to be encouraged and supported to participate in decisions, which affect them.
To be respected and understood in the context of their own cultural, religious and ethnic origins, and to experience openness towards their differing beliefs, value and linguistic systems.
It is the aim of Alere to provide a safe and secure residential environment for all its clients. The properties will be developed so they are mixed and integrated houses. All Alere Care staff undergo the enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
